Personal Training
Personal Training is offered one on one and for partners who train together.
One on one personal training is $65 per session.
One on one personal training is $45 per session for each partner totaling $90.
*Distance traveled may contribute to price adjustment.
You can sign up and pay for your sessions on our Mind Body Account.
Personal training can be done at a gym, park or at a clients residence.

-Functional/ Balance & Stability
